I wish to Install Instant Demo on my workstation PC and on my laptop.
Do I require two separate licenses?
Answer:
Licensing is on a per author basis. You can install a single license
on more than one computer provided it is used by only one person at any
given time.
Question:
Is the purchase price a one time fee or do I need to pay an annual
renewal?
Answer:
The purchase price for a full license is a one time fee for the current version of Instant
Demo. A full license never expires. This fee includes free
email support and free minor upgrades.
Question:
Do I need to purchase additional licenses for displaying my demonstrations
on a web site or for distribution on CD/DVD?
Answer:
Licensing is on a per author basis. Licenses from NetPlay Software
are not required for viewing the presentations created with Instant
Demo. If you use MP3 sound compression in your presentations then
you may need an
MP3 broadcast
license.

I wish to use Instant Demo in a non-profit organization. Do you
offer a discount for non-profit or educational use only?
Answer:
Yes we do offer non-profit and educational licenses at a substantial discount.

We do offer a range of site and enterprise licenses based on the maximum
number of employees likely to be using (authoring) the software.

recordings captured with the Trial version?
Answer:
Yes. The movies you record and edit with the Trial version are 100%
compatible with the registered version of Instant Demo.
Question:
How soon will I receive my registered copy of Instant Demo after
purchasing?
Answer:
If you purchase by credit card, a download link will be provided
immediately with your order confirmation. CD-ROMS are dispatched
within 48 hours and are delivered via global priority post. If you
elect to have the software delivered on CD, then allow up to two weeks
for delivery (a download link is also provided in your order
confirmation).
