End-User License Agreement for Instant Demo, a product of NetPlay Software.

All copyrights to Instant Demo are exclusively owned by NetPlay Software.

The term 'Instant Demo' refers to both the registered and unregistered versions of the software unless otherwise specified.

Instant Demo is distributed "AS IS" and you (the "Licensee") assume full responsibility for determining the suitability of Instant Demo and any results obtained.

The unregistered version of Instant Demo, marked as "Instant Demo Trial", may be freely distributed in its original format. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Instant Demo without written permission from NetPlay Software.

NetPlay Software grants to you as an individual, a non-transferable, nonexclusive license to Instant Demo as follows:

SITE LICENSE: You may copy a registered version of Instant Demo onto your organization's computers for your organization's use subject to and consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

SINGLE USER LICENSE - Usage is restricted to a single user. Licensee may physically transfer the registered version of Instant Demo from one computer to another, provided that the registered version of Instant Demo is used on only one computer at any one time.

PERSONAL / EDUCATIONAL LICENSE - Usage is restricted to non-commercial purposes only.

Licensee may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice contained in Instant Demo. Further, you may not use Instant Demo for any purpose that is infringing, illegal, or defamatory in nature.

An mp3 encoding license is included with each Instant Demo license purchased, however this license does not convey nor imply any right to distribute content created with Instant Demo in revenue-generating broadcast systems (terrestrial, satellite, cable and/or other distribution channels), streaming applications (via Internet, intranets and/or other networks), other content distribution systems (pay-audio or audio-on-demand applications and the like) or on physical media (compact discs, digital versatile discs, semiconductor chips, hard drives, memory cards and the like). An independent license for such use is required. For details, please visit http://mp3licensing.com. MPEG Layer-3 audio coding technology licensed from Fraunhofer IIS and Thomson. MP3 encoding is performed by the LAME MP3 encoding library (www.mp3dev.org).

NetPlay Software and the authors of Instant Demo make no warranty that all errors have been or can be eliminated from the complete Instant Demo software package and, with respect thereto, NetPlay Software and the authors of Instant Demo shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing Instant Demo including without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime, damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any deficiency, defect, bug, error or malfunction. NetPlay Software and the authors of Instant Demo shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to or arising out of the subject matter of this Agreement or actions taken there under.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE INSTANT DEMO AT YOUR OWN RISK. NETPLAY SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

The entire liability of NetPlay Software and your exclusive remedy shall not exceed the price paid for Instant Demo.

You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by NetPlay Software.

The terms of this license, as well as the appearance and design of Instant Demo are subjects of change in future versions of Instant Demo.

Installing and/or using Instant Demo signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the license.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove the Instant Demo files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
