[ Options - Recording options... Ctrl+V - Special Options ] Many video or DVD playback applications use a special playback mode that displays directly to your video hardware. Check this option to capture video from these applications. In all cases you must start Instant Demo with this option selected before opening the video playback application. If your Instant Demo recording captures only a black square instead of the desired video output, then you need to close down the video player software, click on the 'Record' button in Instant Demo, and then re-start the video player. If part of the display is still missing from your video capture, then you may also need to enable capturing of transparent windows via the 'More Options...' button in the Instant Demo recording panel. |
